• Project-Based Consultancy: Tailored consultancy for specific projects, including project finance and financial structuring.

• Retainership Consultancy: Ongoing consultancy services under a retainership agreement.

• Financial Marketplace Services: Facilitating access to loans, insurance, and investment products from partnered banks and institutions.

• 360° Risk & Credit Analysis Reports: Comprehensive evaluation reports for informed financial decision-making.

3. Engagement Models

Per-Hour Consultancy

• Services are billed hourly.

• Payment is required upfront or as per agreed terms.

Project-Based Consultancy

• Scope and payment milestones are defined before project commencement.

• Deliverables and timelines are documented in the service agreement.

Retainership Consultancy

• Monthly or quarterly or annually retainership fees.

• Continuous financial advisory services provided as per agreement.

5. Payment and Fees

• Project-Based: Refunds are subject to the terms of the service agreement.

• Retainership: No refunds for ongoing services.
