• Digital documents are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the complexity and nature of the service.

• Access to subscription-based services or platforms will be granted within 24 hours of successful payment, unless otherwise specified.

2. Physical Document Shipping (If Applicable)
 

• In case of any physical documents (e.g., stamp papers, signed agreements, notarized files), shipping is available across India via registered courier or postal services.

• Dispatch usually occurs within 1 to 5 business days of order confirmation, and delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of payment or order.

3. Delays & Exceptions
 

• While we aim to meet the above timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g., technical errors, courier issues, government holidays) may occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in such cases.

• Aroon Fintech is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Order Tracking
 

• For physical shipments, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS once the package is dispatched.

• For digital deliveries, confirmation will be sent via registered email.
